All Access Registration covers event fees, the goodie bag, an event vest, the hosted reception, and entry to all included activities, such as general drives and tours, Tech Sessions, the Concours, the Friday night gala, and the Friday morning Swap & Lit meet. Additionally, event-related merchandise items can be purchased in advance.

Your registration fees and any merchandise purchases are NOT REFUNDABLE AFTER AUGUST 1st AT 12:01 AM ET.  We will publish a schedule for all registrants as soon as it is available. Look for future emails from us concerning the event in your inbox.

356 Organization Membership    The REGISTRANT needs to be a member of the Porsche 356 Registry to attend this event.  If we are unable to confirm your 356 Registry membership, we will request that you join the Registry before attending the event.  If you are not yet a 356 Registry member we encourage you to join now. Just go to porsche356registry.org and click on the "Join Us" button in the Upper Right corner of the home page.


Your Food Preferences       All events where food is served will be buffets. The following  information will help us with  planning for receptions and the Awards dinner.


Would you like to volunteer?   We can always use some help to pull this off. We offer great pay and benefits! (just kidding on the last part..)


West Coast Holiday Event Activities

As our event draws near, we will email preliminary and updated agendas to all registrants. In the meantime, these are some of the activities we can announce at this time.  Please be aware, this is a preliminary agenda and events are subject to change without notice.

Tuesday, September 2nd.   Registration, Hospitality Room, Goodie Store, Self-driving tours.


Wednesday, September 3rd.  Registration, Hospitality Room, Morning Pikes Peak & Royal Gorge drives, afternoon Tech Sessions, Welcome Reception, Self-driving tours.


Thursday, September 4th  Morning Pikes Peak & Royal Gorge drives, Porsche Colorado Springs Dealership Open House and reception, afternoon Tech Sessions, Self-driving tours.


Friday, September 5th. Concours, Swap & Lit Meet, Self-driving tours, afternoon Tech Sessions, Awards Banquet.


356 Concours Entry 

This event will include both concours type judging and People's Choice voting. Please indicate below if you would like your car judged.

Swap & Lit Meet  Friday morning September 5th, we are hosting a swap & lit meet at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in their large parking lot, patterned after the L.A. Toy/Literature Meeting. We have  tables available for reservation. Tables are available for $50 each ($47.50 + processing fees) for registrants. Tables will be $100 each for non-registrant vendors if  they are available prior to the date of the swap meet). Reserve your swap meet table(s) using the field below- please indicate the number of tables you would like. (limit 2 tables per registration)

    One ticket per car is required for this guided drive. When you sign in at registration, you can select Wednesday or Thursday morning as slots are available.

    Royal Gorge Drive

    This guided drive is a rare opportunity to drive across the bridge and includes a buffet lunch in Guffy, CO. Cost is $60 per person. When you sign in at registration, you can select Wednesday or Thursday morning as slots are available.


Registration includes event fees, the goodie bag, a hosted reception, entry to all included activities including general drives and tours, the Concours, the Friday awards dinner and the Friday morning swap & lit meet. Event-related merchandise items are available for pre-purchase.

Registration ends July 1st, 2025. After July 1st, registration fees increase for both registrants and co-registrants. Your registration fees and any merchandise purchases are FULLY REFUNDABLE up until August 1st, 2025. AFTER August 1st, WE REGRET WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEES OR MERCHANDISE PURCHASES. We will publish a schedule for all registrants as soon as it is available. Look for future emails from us concerning the event in your inbox.
A reservation link to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort will be sent to you via email as part of your confirmation information immediately upon submitting your registration for West Coast Holiday. Registration for this event is separate from your hotel reservation.

Just a "head's up": A standard waiver signed by each event participant (Registrant and Co-Registrant) will be required at registration check-in.


The organizers reserve the right to change the cancellation and refund policy at any time.

Our cost for the registration platform and credit card processing to incorporate the convenience of online registration and merchandise ordering for this event is about 4-5% of the fees collected (depending on the total amount). This will be an expensive event to organize, but we feel it's worth it. In order to keep the overall event fees as low as possible, we need to pass on these charges to participants at this year's West Coast Holiday. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
